Lead Astray

Lead Astray was the name of the final project for my Master’s of Art in design management. This research project delved into the current state of the stray dog management system of Jacksonville, Florida through contextual research collection techniques, The intent of the project was to use a design management process to co-develop additions and improvements to the current system. The outcome of the project was the HEEL:Jacksonville strategic approach that is also displayed on this site.
