This week, I was able to do six interviews, 3 patrons of Bold City Brewery, 1 beer tender from Intuition Aleworks and the two Owners/Brewmasters of Engine 15 Sean and Luciano. Luciano agreed to let me operate the team’s unique method at the brewery, which is great news!

I was also able to do my second round of observations at Intuition Aleworks for 2 hours. I then started my observations at Bold City brewery, but they were cut short to about an hour because the brewery was hosting a 5k that day and it just became far too busy for me to observe standard operations.
